Abstract: In this report, we will introduce the research work on the mathematical theory of fluid boundary layer in recent years, including the stability of the Prandtl boundary layer, the separationthe and blow up of the boundary layer and so on. And we will discuss the incompressible flow and the compressible flow respectively.

The brief introduction to the reporter: Wang Yaguang, a professor in the Institute of mathematics, Shanghai Jiao Tong University, a special professor of the school of mathematics and science of Shanghai Jiao Tong University, the deputy dean and the director of the degree office.of the Graduate School of Shanghai Jiao Tong University. He is the person selected for New Century Talents Project and won the ISAAC Award for young scientists, the "Young Teacher Award" of the Ministry of education, the outstanding teacher award of Baosteel, and the first prize of Natural Science in Shanghai. He mainly engaged in the research of the singularity theory of partial differential equations and the partial analysis of the microbureau, the discontinuous solution theory of the quasilinear hyperbolic conservation law equations and the nonlinear geometric optical method, and published more than 60 SCI papers in important publications at home and abroad. He chaired several National Natural Science Foundation projects, provincial and ministerial level fund projects and international cooperation projects and has been invited to the university or Research Institute of the United States, Germany, France, Italy, Austria, Switzerland and Hongkong for academic visits and research, and to report to the international conference.
